The Inspection

A home inspection can be a stressful time for home buyers. Having purchased a home 3 times in the past for my family, I understand the anxiety associated with committing so much money for so many years into one purchase.

This is why I became a licensed home inspector: To provide the most comprehensive report to home buyers, at a reasonable cost without predjudice or bias, to help them make an informed decision on what may be the biggest investment they ever make.

My reports contain clear color pictures with each comment. I not only let you know what's wrong, but I'll also go so far as to let you the consequences of the problem areas as well as recommending third party inspections where necessary.

It is not necessary for you to be present during the inspection but I encourage you to be there. I'm passionate about teaching buyers about the house at the time of the inspection. There's no substitute for seeing the details in person!

My rates are very competitive since you don't pay hidden commission fees. In addition, my overhead is very low so I pass these savings on to you. Check out my current rates.
