An inspection is a critical part of the home buying process and the quality of the inspection hinges on the professionalism, education and experience of the inspector. 

My one and only business is inspecting homes. I have hundreds of hours of formal training, a bachelors degree in science and over 22 years of residential property ownership experience. I'm licensed to inspect homes by the State of Illinois and a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I'd be honored to inspect your prospective or current home.

I use state of the art inspection equipment including infra-red imaging technology (at no extra cost) which can help me pinpoint water leaks (combined with the use of a moisture detection meter). It can also detect areas of the home where energy loss is occuring. Ultimately, my eyes and brain are the most important tools I use when I inspect. Any inspector who relies solely on technology is not giving you the whole story.
